Jacqueline Fernandez hails from Manama in Bahrain. She was raised within a multiethnic household. Jacqueline's parents are Malaysian and Sri Lankan. Her father Elroy Fernandez comes from Sri Lanka. Jacqueline is the oldest of two siblings and a younger sibling. Because of the turmoil in Lanka, her parents relocated to Bahrain in the early 1980s.
